Terms of service
Last updated 5 October 2026
Draft for the beta. This page describes what Sellcount really does today. It will be reviewed by a qualified person, and completed with the company details, before the public launch. If anything here is unclear, write to us.
Using Sellcount
By creating an account you agree to these terms with Jitterstack Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom, which builds and runs Sellcount. Sellcount helps eBay sellers see their profit and manage stock. You must be able to enter a contract, give us true details, and keep your sign-in safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
The beta
Sellcount is in beta. It is a working product that changes quickly. We work hard to keep your figures right, but during the beta there may be bugs, downtime and changes to features, plans, limits and prices. We will tell you before a change that affects what you pay.
Your data and eBay
Your data stays yours. You give us permission to read your eBay data, read only, so we can show you your figures. You can disconnect eBay at any time. Sellcount is independent of eBay Inc. and you must also follow eBay’s own rules.
Not advice
Sellcount provides figures and reports for information. They are not tax, legal or accounting advice. You are responsible for your tax returns and records, and should check important figures, with the help of an accountant where needed.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in US dollars plus any tax, and yearly billing costs less than twelve months. The subscription is sold by our payment partner, who is the seller of record and collects the tax. A free trial of 14 days needs no card. If you reach a plan limit you can still read and export everything; you add new items after upgrading. See Refunds and cancelling.
Acceptable use
Do not break the law, attack or probe the service, try to read another account’s data, overload our systems, or resell access without our written agreement.
Availability and liability
We aim for a reliable service but do not promise it will never be interrupted or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or business losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending
You can cancel at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. On ending, you can export your data first.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can decide a dispute about them. If you use Sellcount as a consumer, you keep the rights that the law of the place where you live gives you.
