About
Built for sellers who want to know, not guess
Sellcount is a profit and stock app for eBay sellers. It is in beta, and it is built and run by Jitterstack Ltd.
Why it exists
Most eBay sellers know what they sold. Far fewer know what they kept. The real figure is spread over eBay’s reports, postage labels, refunds that arrive weeks later, and a spreadsheet of purchases that is never quite up to date.
Sellcount puts those in one place: what each order made after every fee and cost, what your stock really cost by the batch it came from, and whether the month agrees with what eBay paid you. It is made for people who source online, buy wholesale, or fill a car boot, and sell on eBay.
Who makes it
Sellcount is a product of Jitterstack Ltd, a software company. The product is in beta: it works, it is still growing, and the things that are not built yet are marked as coming on the pricing page.
How to reach a person
Write to sellcount-support@jitterstack.com. We are a small team and we answer every message. The contact page has the right starting point for a question about your account, a larger store or a security report.
What we hold ourselves to
Every number can be opened
A profit figure you cannot check is a guess. In Sellcount you can click a figure and see the sale, the fees, the postage, the refund and the batch of stock behind it.
We read, we never write
Sellcount connects to eBay with read-only access. It cannot change a listing, a price or an order, and it never sees your eBay password.
Your buyers are none of our business
Sellcount keeps the figures of an order, not the person who placed it. No buyer names, addresses or contact details are stored.
No trackers
There is no advertising or analytics script on this site or in the app. The only storage is what keeps you signed in, and your preferences if you allow them.
The details are on the security page.
